Do you customize your keynotes and workshops?
Absolutely! We are relentless in how we prepare for every interaction. It’s our job to ensure that every member is inspired and walks away with applicable Tools, Techniques, and Procedures that can provide value and impact immediately. We provide the translation and connections to your individual business environment.
Can you support long-term engagements and consulting?
Yes. We love presenting from the stage, but we understand that longer-term engagements have the greatest impact. Our focus is to have the greatest impact possible within our client’s budget in the shortest amount of time.
Do you work with large organizations and/or small teams?
Both and everywhere in between. We have engaged associations and organizations from the Fortune 100 down to tactical and leadership teams. Every interaction is customized and we design our deliverables to fit your organization.
Can you provide individual coaching?
Yes. We can support weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly coaching sessions virtually or in person. We are here to “teach the teachers.” The best leaders are teachers and we replicate that in your team. Having your leaders create more leaders at all levels will have you win time and again.
Are you a military themed event and speaking company?
Sometimes. There are occasions and client requests where we can put on the uniforms (think a TOPGUN themed meeting in San Diego on the USS Midway.) However, that is not our identity. Our experience in past organizations has shown us that the business world operates differently. We leverage our military experience, our business experience, and life experience to create a teaching and learning environment.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We have worked with international groups from NAM, EMEA, JPAC and LATAM as speakers, coaches, and consultants.
Do you work with speaker bureaus and event agents?
Yes. We work with several different agents and speaker bureaus. They are vital partners and we are happy to provide a referral.
How do you handle diverse organizations and politically charged topics?
As the old saying goes, we do not talk about politics, religion, or money. Our focus is to create high performing teams and individuals. We customize what we do and how we say it to create a teaching and learning environment. We approach every client and every individual with an open mind, an open heart, and kindness.
What happens if we have to cancel or reschedule our engagement?
Life happens and we are willing to work with every client through every situation. Terms are spelled out in each individual contract. However, we approach every engagement as a collaborative effort.
Where are you located and where do you travel from?
SL Partners is located in Atlanta, GA. Thus, we can book direct flights to almost every major city in the United States and Internationally. If you are holding an event in the Atlanta or Southeast, we are the best Atlanta Motivational Speaker or Southeast Motivational Speaker you will find.
